Episode Description:
I am very fortunate to have connected with Mike Stack in 2020 during the pandemic and to have since become friends and colleagues. As you can see from his biography below, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, being deeply involved in several sectors of the industry at the national and local levels. He literally has his finger on the pulse of what's going on in the movement to connect medicine and fitness.
In this fun interview with Mike and my awesome co-host, Dr. Thomas Hammett -- who gives insightful commentary from a clinician's viewpoint, Mike talks about his background and what led to his involvement in the industry at so many levels; his own podcast (The Wellness Paradox, which I HIGHLY suggest you listen to -- he has one amazing guest after another) and how it helped shaped his professional career and passion to give back to the industry; creating successful branding and careers; and how clinicians and fitness professionals can better collaborate to advance our fields -- with some background on what's going on at the national and systemic levels.
I hope you enjoy listening as much we enjoyed having Mike as a guest!
