In anything there is always one thing that is the epicenter, the epitome, the essence. Everything culminates into one thing. In movement, in alignment, in performance, in sitting, in life, that is our body. We work so hard to supplement this all important thing, the body, with external comforts, tools of upgrade, and pleasurable experiences. Sometimes, but not always are these things enhancing our bodies. If the body is of single importance, movement is its nutrition and medicine. From professional sitters to professional athletes, we each could benefit leaps and bounds by increasing our level of body awareness through wisdom and intelligence.
