Meditating. Tried it. Didn't work.

OK. Maybe you put too much pressure on yourself. We know meditating can reduce anxiety, improve overall health and increase social connections. But still, a restless mind can be discouraging. Marcelle Hutchins is a mindfulness coach from West Hollywood, California, who helps people try meditation again, with a different perspective.
