Do our successes and failures define who we are or is there more to it?
Identity, self-worth, imposter syndrome, and comparison of success and lifestyle have had a major impact on the mental health of Millennials, and it seems to be even higher for Gen Z. Whether at work, in our peer groups, or on social media we all compare ourselves and have idea about who we want to and don't want to be. In this episode we are breaking down some of our thoughts for how to manage those feelings of comparison and how we can better separate our ideas from our true identity.
