This week Huda and Sahil speak to Australian-American writer, linguist, and co-host of the popular podcast MonsterTalk, Dr. Karen Stollznow, about USA gun laws and how badly they have impacted the people in America, and delve into how language can draw different aspects of our true discriminations out, how it is used in today's society - especially in relation to how Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex was impacted by news tabloids and the general public's opinions based on the Royal family and their reactions. They discuss the unconscious ways we accidentally discriminate others based on our underlying belief systems, and if being politically correct is useful in society, and how we can become better at it.
