Desiree’s professional experience includes corporate communications, campus recruiting, and diversity and inclusion at BET Networks, NBCUniversal, MSNBC, Nickelodeon, and Turner— a Warner Media Company. As the Founder of the ColorVizion Lab, Desiree focuses on transforming and motivating black professionals into an irresistible hire and helps them develop the skills to thrive in Corporate America.
