In this episode, Fergus is joined by Nick Whitcombe (Nick Capo), former drug-smuggler, competitive bodybuilder and current successful gym owner.

Nick has lived an extremely varied life, facing adversity every step of way. From growing up in Merseyside with a single mother and being a victim of sexual abuse, to being sentenced to prison for 6 years.

In 2020, Nick went viral for being the main man behind the campaign to keep gyms open during Covid. He gained a massive amount of publicity and was labelled a community hero, however, this fame unfortunately lead to historic charges being dug up and Nick eventually returning to prison for the second time…

Nick is very honest and open about his mistakes, but is now on a mission to show the world that people can change and can indeed transform their lives and become better versions of themselves.

Expect to explore Nick’s rollercoaster of a story.

Expect to reflect on the UK justice system.

Expect to consider your own upbringing and how it’s shaped your life.
