Ever wondered why you feel so drained after helping someone? Tired of riding those waves of emotion and energy constantly hitting you? In this episode I will go over some helpful tips for Empath. I also talk about my own issues I used to face leaving me feeling empty.

Empaths often feel empty inside because they absorb others' emotions and energies so intensely. This heightened sensitivity lets them deeply understand and connect with people, but it can also lead to emotional overload and burnout. Prioritizing others' needs above their own often means empaths neglect self-care, leaving them feeling drained and disconnected from their own emotions.

The boundary between their own feelings and those of others can blur, causing confusion and internal conflict. This constant emotional barrage makes it hard for empaths to find time and space to process their own experiences and emotions. Without strong personal boundaries, they can end up in a chronic state of overstimulation and stress.
