Pat talks about the importance of expressing the strength and movement abilities you've been developing in the form of "adult recess"; in other words, play!

So often we get caught up in the rigidity of a tightly structured training program. And that's great, because that's how we make progress. But we also need to take the time to use and enjoy the abilities we've developed. This is why we need to take opportunities to improvise with our movement, to get into flows, and just have fun exploring and expressing different patterns and drills.

Such activity is not only fun, but burns calories and boost endorphins. Pat shares some ideas on how to get started with this, and why play--separate and distinct from exercise--is such an important part of healthy living.
