She made the decision to trade in the corporate lifestyle to help busy professionals and go-getters set and reach their goals so they can do more, live more and expand their quality of life. Maria has an MBA from Emory and has completed trainings in Insulin Resistance and Nutritional Endocrinology. Maria enjoys helping other people but she also talks her walk. She is passionate about inspiring because she had to get unstuck, push past fears, press rest and redesign her life in order to reverse her own pre-diabetes and digestion challenges. During this episode of the PCOS Revolution Podcast, we’ll be discussing various topics that Maria is passionate about. From practicing fundamental movement to how to improve and facing stress in the workforce, we dive into it all.
