Through Dr. Ginsberg’s extensive experience, she developed a special interest for functional medicine. This passion now encompasses a particular concentration on the understanding of genetics and methylation, optimal hormone balance and overall healthy aging. She lectures for the Functional Medicine University on PCOS.In this episode, Dr. Dian and I talk about everything from the benefits of sunshine and movement to optimal levels of vitamin D, normal lab result ranges, the impact over-exercising can have and using functional medicine.
