  • How should I capitalise on stories that "do well"? Every now and again I'll put up an opinion on something and get a load of likes on that story, often from other PTs but what should I be taking from those stories/opinions performing well?

Time; 2:08

  • I want to run a low barrier service online which can build community and challenge me. But in all honesty I don’t know to pull leads in that aren’t followers and I don’t want to ‘cold DM’ people. Is paid advertising with a lead magne5 the way forward?

Time; 4:28

  • You's recently mentioned a gym you've been involved in. Looks class. Can you talk more about that? Also, would there be a way you could do a bit of an education series on the steps you had to go through etc? Be mega that.

Time; 9:08

  • Any advice on giving out leaflets? Can you post them through letterboxes?

Time; 11:34

  • I had a preconsult with a prospect who is... challenging. They push my boundaries, dictate our work together, etc. It left me feeling like working with them would be difficult, but also a good learning experience. I wanted to say no to them because ideally, I want all my clients to be easy to work with, but I am wondering if I'm not being complacent. How to know when saying no to a prospect is the right thing to do?

Time; 14:35

  • Every week my clients fill out a check in form on my app, and I'll go through them and give them video feedback over Loom
I try to keep my advice simple and actionable and always encourage them to come up with their own solutions to any challenges they're facing. However sometimes I feel like I'm trying to help too much/address too many things at once
Any advice on how to give useful and meaningful feedback, without overwhelming them with too much? And how to decide where to focus our efforts for the upcoming week?

Time; 18:36

  • When changing your market/niche, would you announce it or just start to gradually change your content?

Time; 21:14

  • How would you encourage new members or members who are more introverted/quiet to join our team nights out, team walks, social events etc?

Time; 23:54

  • how would you navigate around a clique in a gym between the manager and another pt which then has the manager pushing everyone to him? (just getting prepared)

Time; 28:42

  • How do you not stress yourself out and get overwhelmed when you have a hectic week and no clients?

Time; 30:20

  • Do you think better to continuing to promote a program or to relaunch every other month or so?

Time; 33:00

  • How would you go about promoting the lead magnet

Time; 35:27

  • tips on how to continue spinning the same content with different hooks
