So many women I know, both friends and clients, are feeling extremely burned out, and I am right there with them. I hit a sort of rock bottom with my own burnout recently, despite the fact that I practice a lot of self-care. However, what I had been thinking of self-care really hasn’t cut it. My attempts at self-care haven’t been enough. And so, in today’s episode I’m talking all about:

  • What recent research says about women in the workplace and burnout
  • How my fear brain has contributed to my burnout
