After I divorced years ago, I had a series of relationships over a number of years, some for a short time and some that lasted a while, but for too much of that time I wasn’t really clear on what I wanted out of these relationships, let alone how to go about getting it. Looking back on it now, I wish I had had someone in my life like today’s guest to help me navigate all of this. Today we’re talking with Jamie Simkins, expert in all things dating, relationships, love and sex, and it is SUCH a fabulous, juicy conversation! Join us as we talk all about:

  • Some of the common struggles so many women have in relationships and dating
  • Why it matters that our brain confuses what is familiar with love
  • Why women often “overfunction” in their relationships
  • The challenges of getting back together after a break-up (70% don’t make it!)
  • Regarding the pain of break-ups, it’s not that time heals all wounds, it’s that…. (You’re gonna have to listen to hear the rest of this one!)
  • Why the break-up brain is an addicted brain
  • How to manage a break-up in a healthy, healing way
  • How to strengthen your current relationship
