We talk about her passion of bringing neuroscience to the masses, taking it out of the lab and making it accessible for all. In this episodes we talk about how to re-wire your brain, break the cycle and make lasting change for the better and how you can use practical tools to overcome negative bias and reframe your mindset.

In this episode you’ll learn :

  • How our brains are like databases, shaped by our parents and peers, with learned thought and behaviour patterns.
  • How neuroplasticity (the brains ability to change, re-organise and grow) lasts well into old age.
  • How therapeutic intervention can help dementia patients.
  • How brainwave synchronisation happens during conversations; "we’re on the same wavelength" is real!
  • How stress triggers a sympathetic state, blocking self-reasoning. Certain breathing practices signal safety to the brain.
  • How brain health is the hardware; keep it in good condition for emotional well-being.
