In this episode, we sat down with Dan O'Neil, a successful real estate agent and coach, to talk about the importance of tracking and measuring in real estate sales.
He advises tracking everything, including the number of calls you make, leads you generate, and appointments you set. By tracking your results, you can identify what's working and what's not, and make adjustments to your strategy accordingly.
