Lack of motor skills have been noticeable in today's youth, such as hopping, skipping, jumping, running or the other side of the spectrum sport specificity. As for the parents out there, the cycle must be broken! We give you some ideas as to how to get your kids and yourself outside and playing. It starts with you guys, if not the cycle will continue and inactivity is the magic pill for inflammatory disease, cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, the list goes on.
