Creating a new holiday tradition is just one way to heal the heart. Our loved ones want us to move on with our lives, enjoy our futures and be happy. It even helps our loved ones on their spiritual journey when we are able to grieve in healthy ways. Our loved ones still want the best for us just as they did in life.
