Megan Smith, M.S., just released her second documentary film, “A New Standard of Care: Alternative Cancer Therapies,” which dares to discuss methods of healing cancer that Big Pharma, and even governments, don’t want you to know about.It is a comprehensive film looking at:

· Why they aren’t being used
The film, made with the objective of leaving patients fully informed and filled with HOPE instead of fear, covers the most viable and successful non-conventional therapies through a number of reputable international physicians. It tackles subjects such as detoxification of both body and mind, proven cancer-fighting therapeutics, and many other life-saving tactics used to overcome cancer.
Receiving a cancer diagnosis psychologically paralyzes many patients who then simply take the advice of their doctor who, in turn, recommends surgery, chemo, and radiation are the best path forward. However, none of these methods address the root causes of cancer. Many people aren’t satisfied with the philosophy of poisoning the body back to health through chemo/radiation, and they desire more information – the kind of information this film provides.
Megan Smith uses her masters in science and journalism background to dive deep into the medical literature and conduct insightful interviews. “A New Standard of Care: Alternative Cancer Therapies,” is an 8-year long world-wide investigation and an all-encompassing project dedicated to her late husband who passed of lung cancer.
