Have you considered adapting your training to make it more challenging? I was talking with my client about doing a seated Hour of Power®️workout. She does it seated all the time, but nobody else does as they do not have the mobility challenges. We saw this as an opportunity. Other members in my training group are open to this experience. Let’s see what happens. Consider this: It’s OK to adapt what you are doing if it means that you are still making progress or a new level of challenge is added.
