Mark Groves is a Human Connection Specialist, founder of Create the Love, Create the Love Cards and Mine'd. In other words, he's a speaker, writer, motivator, creator and collaborator. Mark's work bridges the academic and the human, inviting people to explore the good, the bad, the downright ugly, and the beautiful sides of connection. His purpose is to empower individuals to step into their power, transform the way they relate to themselves and others, and create authentic change.

In addition to all of that, Mark Groves has been a dream guest of mine for years, and I’m honoured to have him with me today! We talk about harnessing our sensitivities in order to build boundaries and then use them as our own powers. Mark shares his perspectives on death in more ways than just physical, and how this can look in relationships. You’ll also hear about relationships and self-worth, relationship narratives, stepping into heart break with intention, and assessing our relational past.
