Mark Groves is a Human Connection Specialist, founder of Create the Love, Create the Love Cards and Mine'd. In other words, he's a speaker, writer, motivator, creator and collaborator. Mark's work bridges the academic and the human, inviting people to explore the good, the bad, the downright ugly, and the beautiful sides of connection. His purpose is to empower individuals to step into their power, transform the way they relate to themselves and others, and create authentic change.

Today’s episode is the second part of a two-part chat between Mark and I. In this conversation, I have a few questions for Mark about his biggest mentors and influential guides on his journey. We hear about the backstory to Create the Love and Mine’d, and about his reflections after posting some very raw podcast content about a massive relationship rupture with his now fiancé, Kylie. Mark shares some perspectives on the state of the world right now, how he self-regulates, and what he’s currently listening to and reading.
