As a massage and business owner, mastering interpersonal skills is crucial for your success. Building strong relationships with clients, employees, and colleagues can significantly impact your reputation and ultimately drive business growth. By effectively navigating interpersonal dynamics, you can enhance customer satisfaction, foster employee loyalty, and cultivate a positive work environment. In this competitive industry, investing time and effort into improving your interpersonal skills will not only benefit your business but also contribute to your personal growth as a compassionate leader.

This episode features:

Julie Miller-Wilson is the co-owner of Body Kneads, Etc., a spa, coffee shop & boutique fitness center in Lebanon, TN.

Julie and Heather studied massage therapy at Southeastern Institute and continued their massage therapy education in Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy at the MYO Pain Institute, Chicago. Both Heather and Julie are "working partners" at the spa, and are licensed Neuromuscular massage therapists and specialize in Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy.

Amanda Coyne. For over 12 years, Amanda Coyne has been a massage therapist helping clients improve their health and wellness through her business, Massage Rehab.

Originally founded in 2019, together with her team of 5 practitioners, and over 37 combined years of training, Massage Rehab is one the leaders in bodywork in Fowlerville, Michigan.

Matthew Miner. Originally starting as a solo practitioner, Matthew Minor is now the owner of the Massage of Nashville - a multi-therapist therapeutic massage practice in Nashville, TN.

Matthew found the massage industry almost by accident, working in welding, and as a manual laborer he sought out a massage as a solution for the aches and pains of his job. With a short massage that gave him nearly instant pain relief, he enrolled in massage school the same day.

Operating initially by himself, Matthew went on to consistently be rated and recognized by the city of Nashville for his skills, winning Best of Nashville 3 years in a row.
