In this week's episode I sit down with the current head coach and teacher from Sapulpa (OK) High School. We dig into a lot of coach Kip's philosophies of coaching and how he handles adversity and uses it to help train and coach the young men in the game of soccer, but also prepare them for the game of life. Coach believes in more than just winning and taking those experiences and capitalizing on them and growing from them.
We also open the closet of coach Kip's past where he shares struggles and adversity and adds that even though he had championships and success everywhere he was, he was still missing something and was not happy until he went all in and changed direction and refocused his life and the priorities associated. This episode is one that will inspire you, challenge you and help you see that even when we are faced with hard obstacles and what seems like impossible situations that the sun will come up tomorrow.
