Taken from the inspiration of Episode 4, I share a moment I experienced in my personal development journey, when I started to question everything around me.
And one of the things I had to look back at in my past, to work out where I got this skewed understanding of it from, and actually find out what it really meant was “what is love?”.
So today, I’ll share with you the theory from Sternberg that changed my understanding and allowed me to apply it to my friendships and relationships, so I could get to the bottom of what love really was - instead of having the Disney princess version of love as the blueprint.
