Formed in high school in the late 1980s, The Urge created a unique blend of reggae, hip hop, ska, and punk, shaking up the Midwest music scene. Their independent releases caught the attention of Immortal/Epic, leading to three albums and hits like "All Washed Up," "Brainless," "Jump Right In" featuring Nick Hexum of 311, and more. Beloved for their intense live shows, The Urge shared stages with Korn, Incubus, and 311.
