Lauren Gall and Melanie Ammerman founded VaVa Virtual Assistants over 10 years ago with the goal of helping small business owners achieve work/life balance and focus on the work they love. Like many entrepreneurs, when they first started out, they did everything on their own.
Before they could build a 7-figure business leading a team of Virtual Assistants and serving clients with an array of diverse needs, they needed to master how to deliver a superior Virtual Assistant experience. They handled sales, winning new clients, and overseeing client management. They even took the role of Virtual Assistants for their clients.
Melanie and Lauren are experts in developing as Virtual Assistants and creating a valuable experience for clients because they’ve seen it all. Gaining more satisfied clients and growing a team, VaVa Virtual experienced a 97% growth from 2016 to 2017 that was triggered by delegation and has been growing substantially year after year..
Through their mission, they have stood side-by-side with entrepreneurs as they accomplish many of their goals and watch their businesses reach new growth targets. Sharing in those experiences—not only the wins but the challenges as well—has offered them a unique perspective of how to succeed no matter the client or circumstances.
