Brett is back! My great friend and mentor Brett Jones, Director of Education at StrongFirst, and FMS Advisory Board Member joins me again on the Strength Connection Podcast.
Brett has been a leader in the world of strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, Functional Movement, and Hardstyle Kettlebell training for over two decades, and recently authored the renowned book Iron Cardio.
