12. Make your plan SIMPLE to actually stick to it.

How can you make your plan way more SIMPLE, to get WAY MORE results??
Are you trying to do alllll the things, have tried to do more, make your diet/eating plan complicated, same for workouts - do more, all the things, listen to all the gurus, read all the books, so much so that you don't actually have a SUPER SIMPLE PLAN that you will do?!
Most of us try to do it all, try to do more, think we can do it all, or that it has to be done a certain way to get the results we want.
The reality is most of us OVERTHINK and try to do too much and then never actually implement it because it's too hard or too much vs. simple & doable.
Vs. when you have a simple plan, you DO IT. And when you do something consistently, you WILL GET RESULTS.
-even if they aren't exactly the results you want, they will allow you to get some results to evaluate, tweak, and move forward until you get all that you want.
