22. How to make the UNCOMFORTABLE, more COMFORTABLE, so you DO IT

If you want to know how to DO the things you don't 'feel like doing', that feel SO uncomfortable- you'll want to listen to this episode.

Instead of 'grinding through' the hard things, by making those uncomfortable things more comfortable, you WILL DO THEM vs ditch them.

For example, if you are tired after work and don't feel like working out, to explore what will make that feeling of uncomfortable because you are tired and eh, more comfortable, so you show up and do it...things like modifying the workout -if it really was a long day, you could do a 30 minute vs 60 min run, you could add motivational youtube videos to feel motivated, you could have some caffeine, just to name a few ways to make that initially uncomfortable feeling to workout, more comfortable, so you show up and do it! That is just one example, tune in to hear all the different tangible ways and the one question to ask yourself no matter what it is!
