And truly, overall, the more you can start to think about the long game, long term goals 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, and even 10 years out, and plan backwards the more you can achieve sustainable results and achieve even more vs. never hitting your goals because you are trying to have them NOW and just quit, start & stop for years.
