In this episode of The Up-Beet Dietitians podcast, Emily and Hannah react to one of their earlier episodes where they discuss HAES. It’s been about 3 years since the girls discussed HAES and to say a lot has changed in their nutrition philosophy would be an understatement. They take this time to reflect on how they currently feel about HAES and how it can be incorporated into the world of nutrition. Also, cringe warning! For our younger selves mostly.
