Scott entered the Real Estate industry as an investor, building a 10M portfolio in his twenties. Naturally, brokerage services and property management evolved. Scott has particular expertise in Vacation Rentals and Investment Properties, having participated in $30M in Real Estate Sales and generating $6M in annual rental revenue.
Please note: This episode was recorded in September and regulations in Maui may have changed. As of December 11th 2023, Lahaina remains fully closed to the public out of respect to the town's residents but the rest of West Maui has reopened. Visiting the area supports the local residents whose livelihoods rely on tourism.
