Hey, Survivor!

In today's show, I list 5 things that narcissistic enablers say or do, when you challenge the narcissist’s behavior. Enablers appear in all types of relationships; and they can be just as difficult to deal with as the narcissist in your life.

At the end of the day, narcissistic enablers try to avoid the social discomfort that exists in narcissistic relationship territory, in order to continue to get their needs met by the narcissist. They see the narcissist’s toxic behavior, rationalize it within themselves and to others, in order to avoid conflict and being wrong about choosing to engage in a relationship [of any kind] with the narcissistic or toxic individual.

If you, or someone you know, need to disconnect from narcissistic enabler behavior and create space for healthy relationships, this episode is for you.

Know who you're dealing with. Know who you are.

💚Lesley
