Why do I have the tendency to shut down and not talk about the things that are bothering me? If you feel like you resonate with this issue, then this podcast episode is for you! Together with my colleague, Gilli Henson, we will be discussing why this may be happening and how you can start healing!

In this weeks episode we will review:

  1. Reasons why we shut down.
  2. Some trauma responses.
  3. Feeling unsafe in expressing yourself.
  4. It doesn't have to take years to heal.
  5. Support from others can be helpful.
  6. Do we need to fix it?
