2022 is here and that means more new years resolutions and more goal setting.

Let me teach you how to stick to your new years resolutions, whether it be health, career or personal development!

The 3 steps are Head to Heart to Hand. We want integration of the Mind, Heart and Actions for your New Years resolutions to actually work.

In this week’s episode we will be diving into the following questions:

  1. Is it clear what you want?
  2. Do you truly want it enough?
  3. Do you believe you deserve it, do you give yourself permission to have it?
  4. Do you feel this intention in your heart, in your body? Or is it an abstract concept?
  5. Do you stay focused and committed or do you get distorted by other things?
  6. Do you believe you can have it?
