Founded in Mobile, Alabama in 2010, by entrepreneurs Lance and Gerri Hallmark, has expanded to 62 locations across the southeast with 30+ under development. The brand’s quick success caught the attention of franchise veteran, Chris Kramolis, who brought the concept to his home state of Arkansas in June 2020. It was an immediate hit and how Chris owns 5 locations in Arkansas and Florida and has two under development in Phoenix, AZ.

After an acquisition of the RocknRoll Sushi corporate entity in October 2020, Kramolis was named CEO and has been building a team to take RocknRoll Sushi nationwide!
