Alright….COMMUNICATION. The ability to impart or interchange thoughts, opinions, or information by speech, writing, or signs.

On a scale of 1-10 at a very high level … where would you rate your own communication skills?
This is one of the most important skills in LIFE to continue to evolve in. I see it in my own home, in my business, in the communities I am a part of … and we are all so uniquely different and amazing.
I hope you can take some time to hear what I say today and put it into action. We all have room for growth when it comes to communication.

And WHY I think this is so important to talk about as women is because throughout your day I know you are feeling frustrated, underwhelmed, like you are not being seen and heard and it’s maddening. So instead of focusing on what you can’t control … like other people …. Let’s focus on becoming 1% better each day, honing in on skills that will change your life in so many ways if you spend time getting better at it….
