When this episode drops, I will actually be poolside at a resort in Mexico.
WHAAAAAT?!?
I was chatting with my husband and we think the last resort style vacation we took was pre-kids … so more than 12 years ago.
Anyways, the point of today’s THRIVE THURSDAY episode is to get you outside of yourself and your current situation for just a moment. To take a step back from your everyday life, the daily to-do’s and make-happen’s, the roles you hold in your home, as a wife or maybe mama. There are places and things we have to do every single day even if we don’t feel like it.
But here is what I have learned as I personally reflect over the last year that has held with it a lot of growth and changes in my personal and professional life.
Our subconscious mind really does love to keep us small. For us to play small. For us to stay comfortable. I actually think that’s spiritual warfare too. The enemy is afraid of your gifts and the light you bring to the world.

It is OUR job to bust through the limiting beliefs, the paradigms and spiritual warfare.
In today’s episode:

  • I want to dive a little deeper into why switching up your routine sometimes IS a good idea
  • Ideas on how to switch up your routine without walking away from your roles and responsibilities
  • How to keep an honest pulse on your joy and happiness
  • The power of accountability and awareness without the ego
