When it comes to getting stressed in life, there’s three key areas stress comes from. Events that happen to us, for example being made redundant. Situations we find ourselves in, so perhaps being asked to deliver a presentation, when public speaking isn’t your thing! And the third one…Other people! Yup, there’s no getting away from them! For the most part of course we get on with those around us, and enjoy healthy and productive relationships. However if you find yourself in a situation whereby a particular individual really grates on you AND there’s no way to avoid coming into contact with them, things can become really difficult… and in turn those stress levels rise! The tips and techniques here will help...
