Achieving a fitness goal requires consistency. If you are starting and stopping, sometimes go, or ‘kinda’ do the fitness thing for years on end… maybe you are you looking for a way out on perusing your fitness goals? There are certain times of the year that we, as a culture, know we fall off of our fitness goals. As we get further away from the New Year’s resolution, people stop coming and the gyms. The cycle of coming and going to the gym correspond to the seasons and I suppose for many people are busy with obligations, holidays, traveling and other life things. But what if you could break this cycle and make a commitment to yourself? What would that look like? I’m here to share some tips about how to recognize your patterns and I challenge you to break the cycle. Guess what, the cycle of falling off happens weekly too! Monday is definitely the busiest day at any gym and it slowly declines through the week.
