After 14 marathons, Hans decided it was time for something new...Ultrarunning! In this episode, Hans talks about the difference between road running and trail running (spoiler...they are basically two different sports!) He also shares how he succesfully trained for, and finished, his first 50 mile race. Listen now to gain some fresh, new insight, and to get tools that might help YOU finish YOUR first ultra!
Han's advice for a beginner:
-Enjoy the journey and remember...Training is the hardest part.
