Masks and social distancing are now rules and requirements, but we are not discussing them today. We are instead talking about two issues. One, what can you do to best strengthen your immunity from contracting Covid-19 if you are exposed? Two, what can you do to best strengthen yourself if you do contract Covid-19 so you will readily recover? We talk about the top tier things to do, and to not do, which is just as important. I got Dr James to literally list out some specifics, down to vitamins and dosages.
