Over the next few months, I have begun inviting changemakers from across the spectrum to take part in our podcast, including those who have a particular focus on the work we do at Saybrook, especially from a humanistic perspective or lens.
Today's guest is Mr. Mark Sadovnick. As Managing Partner with the 5th Element Group, Mark leads with focus on the Human Element. By engaging with Leaders Who Care®, he is able to best represent their clients to attract, develop and retain the very best talent, who are selectively seeking to only join leaders who do care about their financial, physical and mental wellbeing, and the global sustainable development goals. There are numerous connections to the importance of identifying the right leaders who fit with the organization's desire to do good in the world, and Mark offers various keen insights about this and many other aspects of their work, including commitments to UN Sustainability Development Goals.
