In this episode we cover one of my favorite topics...habit change.
Thoughts create our actions, and actions create our habits. Habits are simply things we do without needing to think about them so much. They are automatic.
Did you know that there's a scientific way to hack your habits? There are proven methods to help yourself develop the habits that you WANT, and get rid of the ones you do not.
If you struggle with making lasting changes that ultimately impact your ability to live an active, healthy, pain-free life, listen in, take some notes, read the books suggested, and see if you can't take a crack at building some good habits.
Books referenced:
"Atomic Habits" by James Clear
"The Power of Habit" by Charles Duhigg
