I could write a whole book on self-limiting beliefs but today, we’ll settle for one Underdog Leadership Podcast episode.I’m giving you the opportunity to hear about some of the limiting behaviours that are happening under the surface, and how you can bring them into the light. Bringing your self-limiting beliefs to light can be incredibly freeing!Self-limiting beliefs are beliefs from long ago. They are beliefs that protect you. They’re old stories, they’re old narratives.
