I am very excited to be introducing this week's guest Amy Woods. Amy is a clinical registrant of PACFA living and working in Melbourne, Victoria. She has completed a Bachelors in Counselling and is an accredited member of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Eating Disorders. Amy is a certified Yoga Instructor running eating disorder recovery classes both online and in person as the Director of her organisation Creative Mental Health & Yoga. As well as she offers counselling for a variety of different clientele utilising multiple modalities for each and every client. Amy believes yoga in the recovery from an eating disorder is for everybody and that yoga can be embodied within all areas of our life not just on the mat. As she believes yoga is a way to reconnect with your body through rebuilding that trust within yourself. Amy has so kindly offered to speak about a topic that we both hold dear to our hearts. So, on that note I will let you get right into it.
