In this male-dominated and high-paced business world, we need strong allies and advocates for sustainable and inclusive workplaces. Robert Celsing is one of them.
Robert is Head of Group Human Resources at SEB, the biggest bank in Sweden.
He has over 35 years of leadership experience in a range of companies, including SEB, Skandia Capital, Scania Treasury, and Citibank London & Stockholm.
He is a seasoned leader to say the least and has a big passion for people, sustainability, leadership and diversity & inclusion.
In this episode we touch on all of these topics as well as career advice to women leaders.
We talk about how to stay sane as a leader of a large team and why saying no and prioritizing hard are keys to success.
