Some people still feel awkward using stress relief measures to handle their moods.
You shouldn’t. Stress relief is a growing trend and movement among all ages and both genders. There’s no shame in taking care of yourself.
Using stress relief methods does not make you look weak. It simply makes you look informed about the issue and proactive in your approach to your own well-being.
