Sam Ibrahim, who was on the show before on gym etiquette(link down below) will be co-hosting with me on this episode. Sam and I will be having a conversation with Garrett Muro. Garrett is a competitive powerlifter and he talks about how he got started in weightlifting, deadlifting over 400 lbs at 5'11'' at 140 lbs on his first day in the gym. He talks about how he programmed his workouts during competition prep, the list of injuries, and how he would consume 8,000-10,000 calories a day.
